Property information is provided by agents and developers. While we strive for accuracy:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information
  • Prices, availability, and details may change without notice
  • Users should verify all information directly with agents
  • Images may be representative and not actual photos

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or agents
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content on KeyHomes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KeyHomes or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

KeyHomes provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of property listings
  • The conduct of agents or other users
  • The outcome of any property transaction
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyHomes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
